The laser polarizing beamsplitter cube is composed of a pair of right angle prisms glued together, and one of the right angle prisms is coated with a polarizing beam splitter film designed for the working wavelength on its inclined surface. The incident light is divided into two orthogonal linearly polarized light beams, with p-polarized light transmitted and s-polarized light reflected. Each surface of the cube is coated with an anti reflective film to minimize surface reflection loss.
